Web Designer Qualifications:

- A CREATIVE MIND! - 3-5 years of experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS code - 1+ years of Flash experience
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Design skills: color, typography, texture, and visual effects
- Extensive knowledge of PHOTOSHOP, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and ImageReady Responsibilities & Duties:
- Creating website for small businesses (various occupations)
- Designing Online Ads, some in FLASH - Creating micro
-sites for promotional advertising - Building web-pages with HTML / CSS Code Web developer Qualifications:
- 2+ year experience with HTML and CSS
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of using CSS
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge in developing Javascript
- Ability to deliver cross browser and platform solution
- Proactive "can do" approach to assignments Skills Required:
- HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript
- Proficient with YUI
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver web pages from mockups and creative assets that work across browsers and platforms. - Develop interactive website sections/widgets using javascript libraries like YUI
- Works closely with online IT, advertising and other company departments to ensure the design meets standards for the Web, as well as cross-platform usability and accessibility
